Chapter 10 in Business Partner Management, 2022, pp 185-193 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract From a collaborative point of view, start-ups are more likely to behave in a subject culture and work together. Furthermore, teams in start-ups seem to be more willing to cooperate with each other. In this chapter, the team cultures in start-ups and NGOs are compared, an old authority and a modern NGO are presented and finally some measures and achievements are presented that can be implemented in everyday life. Thus, in this chapter it is visually apparent what has been reflected and achieved with the WeQ-test.
