Chapter 11 in Business Partner Management, 2022, pp 195-198 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Are we willing to reflect on our own inner attitudes and personal patterns of action, and do we manage to bring this up in an appreciative way when working with others? The WeQ-test is a practice-oriented tool that supports exactly this and could be combined with already existing approaches and instruments in the professional life. This chapter will highlight which questions can be asked for an improved team quality, and which existing approaches could be combined with the WeQ-test and which approaches and networks have already served as benchmarks to strengthen internal partnering.
