Chapter 3 in Business Partner Management, 2022, pp 71-147 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Again and again you were referred to chapters “further back” in the previous chapters. On the one hand, you must not go from sticks to sticks, but must move along an imaginary thread on a level of detail, because otherwise it becomes confusing and unclear. On the other hand, there are topics that are so important that one should dig deeper into them. Therefore, this chapter will dig deeper by looking at ten topics that come up again and again in practice, both in established companies and in start-ups, and that need to be addressed.
