Abstract: Abstract It is important to mention that a holistic value creation of work can be divided into paid wage or gainful employment, unpaid own work (e.g., family work, work on the apartment, house, garden, etc.), voluntary common good work (e.g., associations, churches, etc.) and reproductive value creation (e.g., recreation, art, culture, etc.).
