Chapter 5 in Digital Transformation in Sales, 2023, pp 269-273 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The sales world has undoubtedly changed and will continue to be in constant flux. This is because the drivers of digitalization are mutually reinforcing and driving change unwaveringly, thus requiring the development of an agile transformational capability in organizations. Transformation is not something that is implemented once. It will become a core activity in sales of the future, consequently transformation processes must become an integral part of sales processes. To stay relevant, companies must develop competencies to respond repeatedly and ever more quickly to changes in customer needs and expectations, which requires a continuous process of change. And to be at the forefront, organizations must go one step further and learn to anticipate customer needs.
