Abstract: Abstract In this chapter, the reader learns to recognize that there can be no such thing as “the” optimal form of organization, to distinguish between process organization and organizational structure, to understand which processes belong to the process organization, to distinguish between different concepts for designing the organizational structure, to apply different organizational structures, and to distinguish between different types of marketing organization.
