Abstract: Zusammenfassung Das EFQM-Modell ist ein Qualitätsmanagement-System des Total Quality Management und wird schätzungsweise gegenwärtig von mehr als 30.000 Unternehmen angewandt. Es wurde 1988 von der European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) entwickelt. Die momentan gültige Version ist von November 2019 und beinhaltet modifizierte und erweiterte Elemente zur Vorgängerversion.
