A chapter in Conference Proceedings Trends in Business Communication 2022, 2023, pp 159-176 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This paper analyzes how the top candidates in the 2022 Tyrolean state election campaign communicate on social media. Quantitative observation as a research design is used in order to be able to make a scientifically sound statement about their communication behavior. The analyzed data of six running parties and their three top candidates are presented and interpreted in this paper.
