Abstract: Zusammenfassung Zeit ist keine unendliche Ressource und daher sehr kostbar. Dies gilt insbesondere für Führungskräfte. Darum sollten sogenannte „Zeitfresser“ minimiert und wenn immer möglich sogar eliminiert werden. Unsinnige Arbeiten sollten weitestgehend vermieden werden.
