Abstract: Zusammenfassung Für eine Führungskraft ist es nicht nur wichtig, möglichst alle Mitarbeitenden ihres Bereichs bzw. ihrer Gruppe weiterzuentwickeln. Gleichzeitig sollte jede Führungskraft ihr eigenes Führungsteam in ihrem Bereich aufbauen, das häufig nur aus einer oder zwei Personen bestehen wird.
