Chapter Chapter 13 in Digital Product Management, 2024, pp 223-231 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Product Sense describes the ability to predict effects in complex systems and to make good decisions in product development based on this. This requires a special degree of empathy for the target group as well as a holistic understanding of the product, business, and domain. In this article, we explain what Product Sense is, why it is essential for good product management, and how it can be developed. Finally, we provide practical tips for immediate application.
