Chapter Chapter 15 in Digital Product Management, 2024, pp 255-268 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Being well-aligned is important for product managers—this applies regardless of the size of the company or the industry in which one works. Good alignment is a necessary prerequisite for product managers to gain trust. And trust, in turn, is the basis for many success factors of modern product management, such as an ideally autonomous iterative working method as a product team or efficient decision-making. The following article describes in more detail why and in which situations alignment is important and how to achieve it.
