Abstract:
Abstract Efficient and effective product organizations are crucial to successful digital product development. No two organizations are the same, but there are certain patterns which successful digital product organizations have in common. In this chapter, we will analyze these characteristics and examine the structures, processes and roles at play in product organizations. This essay will provide an overview of the key features of a successful product organization with a view to providing impetus for potential change.
