Chapter Chapter 7 in Digital Product Management, 2024, pp 125-146 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter describes what validation processes can look like and which tools are useful for this purpose. The author shares helpful experiences from practice and leads from the initial conditions of validation to the importance of research work, demonstrating how relevant such preliminary work is in practice for a project. Furthermore, prototyping with elements to be clarified, such as goal definition, UX and UI, and the question of adequate technology, are introduced and subsequently testing is illuminated. Finally, it is shown how successful project ideas can be continued.
