Chapter Chapter 8 in Digital Product Management, 2024, pp 147-170 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract From the product idea or the new digital business model to the successful launch, as a product manager, one must manage the actual product development or “Product Delivery”. Agile project management methods such as SCRUM are widely well established for this. However, they also leave some important questions unanswered: How much does the new product cost and how long will the development take? When are we even ready to start product development? Why do my programmers always leave so punctually? This article provides answers to these questions and recommends how product development can be pragmatically organized.
