Von externer Beratung über Vorbereitung bis hin zu Zielformulierung und -umsetzung werden Schlüsselaspekte beleuchtet. Die Bedeutung von Berichtswesen und internen/externen Audits wird hervorgehoben. Das Kapitel endet mit einer Checkliste zur praxisnahen Umsetzungsunterstützung von nachhaltigem Management.
