Abstract:
Abstract The four-day week offers real added value for companies, employers, and employees, and it is within reach for many. Most of the time, it is only buried under poor work processes and practices. It is important to become aware of these, change them, and benefit from the advantages of an optimized work week. Too often, debates against the four-day week are argued with the fear of a loss of productivity and the accusation of laziness. But the exact opposite is the case: ongoing experiments with this new form of work show an increase in productivity and motivation.
