A chapter in The Future of Work, 2024, pp 219-226 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The office has lost its monopoly on work, hybrid working is here to stay. This means that for leaders, it would be wise to engage intensively with the peculiarities of this form of work in order to master it. Only then can the enormous benefits of this collaboration—healthy, productive, and engaged teams—be achieved and the potential risks—isolation, subcultures, declining innovation power—be avoided.
