Abstract:
Abstract Today, employees demand both: security and flexibility. How do companies create an attractive employer offer that meets these expectations? New Work as a guiding principle combines models of flexible working with strategies for better support and retention of employees. In this way, companies strengthen their leadership and increase their attractiveness to applicants. The following article explains what matters when repositioning in the sense of New Work.
