Abstract: Abstract Companies are seeing the benefits of providing physical activity programming for their employees. Current scientific findings show how regular physical activity can significantly reduce sick days and increase performance and productivity. This chapter also addresses the practical challenges of introducing physical activity programs, and provides flexible solutions and relevant expertise. Implementing focused physical activity programs designed for long-term sustainability can have lasting benefits for employees, and in turn, on companies.
