Abstract:
Abstract How can employers position themselves in the future so that they have a decisive advantage in the fight for applicants and in retaining their own talents over their competitors? Appreciation is a crucial component for this, and if it is directly linked to the participation of employees in the company’s success, it can contribute to gaining a decisive advantage in the competition. The risks and stumbling blocks that employers need to consider when designing a virtual employee participation program (VSOP—Virtual Stock Option Plan) are described below.
