A chapter in The Future of Work, 2024, pp 371-379 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Sociopolitical demands for sustainability push companies to their limits, as existing structures and processes often have to be completely overhauled. In this context, a good strategy is important, but so is the implementation among the employees. The challenges that companies face in implementation are named as openly as the opportunities. Reading this article may be somewhat uncomfortable because—as can be anticipated from the start —there can hardly be any motivation among employees if the company decision-makers do not set and live up to the framework for it.
