Abstract: Zusammenfassung In Change-Projekten geht es um schrittweises Umsetzen von funktionierenden Neuerungen und Veränderungen. Das agile Vorgehen ist sehr klar und verbindlich, mit vernünftigen Prinzipien, aber für klassisches Führungsverständnis oft noch eine Herausforderung.
