Abstract: Zusammenfassung Im Change-Projekt werden verschiedene Rollen mit ihren Arbeitsbeziehungen definiert. Erwartetes Rollenverhalten lässt sich miteinander besprechen, um dem Rollenträger Sicherheit zu geben. Ein regelmäßiger kollegialer Feedback-Prozess kann hierbei helfen.
