Abstract: Zusammenfassung Lernen ist eine Erwartung sowohl an die Beteiligten als auch von den Beteiligten in einem Veränderungsprozess. Hierfür gibt es zahlreiche Lernformate. Aus der Sicht des Change sind schnelle iterative Lernschleifen erforderlich, um den Prozess auf Kurs zu halten.
