Abstract: Zusammenfassung Change-Prozesse laufen selten wie geplant, auch wenn die Risiken durch schnelle Iterationsschleifen begrenzt sind. Wenn es um kontraproduktive Verhaltensweisen geht, heißt es schnell und vor allem angemessen zu intervenieren. Gleiches gilt für die Eskalation von Konflikten.
