Abstract:
Abstract This chapter examines the use of Artificial Intelligence for generating customer value. AI plays an increasingly important role in creating valuable information and competitive advantages for businesses through data-driven insights. Initially, AI-based trend and research analyses are discussed, followed by business model and competitive analyses that are optimized by AI. The added value that AI provides through customer behavior analyses and social media monitoring is also highlighted. Finally, practical prompting tips for the use of ChatGPT and similar tools are presented to support and further improve these processes.
