Application of the Genetic Code in the Diocese of Feldkirch/Vorarlberg (Austria)

Oliver Errichiello ()

Chapter Chapter 11 in The Church as a Brand, 2026, pp 113-124 from Springer

Abstract: AbstractThe following practical example from the Diocese of Feldkirch (Austria) demonstrates the concrete implementation of brand sociological work and its translation into specific conviction logics, which form the argumentative foundation for all communicative activities. Systematic implementation takes place in seven steps—from raising awareness and strategic focus to continuous further development. The psychological consequence is a paradigm shift from an omnipresent sense of crisis to a conscious return to the valuable achievements delivered daily, thereby creating a vibrant system of continuous brand and organizational development that restores courage and confidence to church communities.
