Chapter Chapter 16 in Quality Management for Services, 2023, pp 629-634 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The quality management of services requires extensive strategic and operational considerations. This applies to the analysis, planning, implementation and control of quality management alike. In this final chapter, the central aspects of successful quality management of services are summarized in ten steps. They represent the most important findings and recommendations from the perspective of science and practice. Based on these ten steps, the logical relationships are illustrated and the central success factors for a consistent and professional quality policy of companies are worked out.
