Chapter Chapter 9 in Quality Management for Services, 2023, pp 395-417 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract A sustainable and systematic implementation of quality management is crucial for the success of the company. As a result, the specifics of the implementation of quality management are examined in detail within this chapter. A central prerequisite for the implementation of quality management is the situational specification of the quality requirements as well as their anchoring in the structures, systems and culture of the company. However, before such a specification of quality requirements can be made, it is necessary to identify resistance and barriers in service companies. Accordingly, this chapter shows necessary measures for the design of the organizational structure, the company systems and the corporate culture for a successful implementation of quality management of services.
