Abstract: Zusammenfassung Als Familienunternehmen in vierter Generation steht Viessmann für Systeme rund ums Wärmen, Kühlen und Lüften. Beheimatet in Allendorf (Eder) in Nordhessen hat sich Viessmann vom Schlossereibetrieb zum globalen Technologieführer für innovative Klimalösungen entwickelt. Finanzvorstand Dr. Ulrich Hüllmann ist seit 2015 an Bord. Für ihn ist der Mut zum Wandel eine große Stärke des Unternehmens. Eine weitere: ein Zusammengehörigkeitsgefühl, das weit über das gemeinsame Arbeiten hinausgeht. Das Interview führten Dr. Rainer Merz und Dr. Jörg K. Ritter.
