Abstract: Zusammenfassung Die WEPA Gruppe ist mit Hygienepapieren groß geworden und bietet Services rund um ihre Produkte an. In absehbarer Zeit steht ein Generationenwechsel bevor. Der Vorstandsvorsitzende Martin Krengel bereitet diesen Generationenwechsel behutsam und zielgerichtet vor. Seine bemerkenswerte Marschrichtung lautet: weg vom Patriarchat, hin zu mehr Führungsverantwortung in der Breite und einem starken Führungsteam. Das Interview führten Dr. Andreas Habeck und Dr. Michael Meier.
