Abstract: Zusammenfassung Die Hilti Group verfolgt eine ausgesprochen langfristige Strategie und legt Wert auf Konstanz in der Führung. Laut CEO Christoph Loos besetzt der Liechtensteiner Bauzulieferer wichtige Positionen deshalb am liebsten intern. Zugleich gehöre es zu den Werten des Unternehmens, sich permanent zu hinterfragen und zu verbessern. Im Interview erläutert Christoph Loos unter anderem, welche Rolle dabei Spaziergänge in der Natur spielen. Das Interview führten Leo Barth und Dr. Klaus Eberhard.
