Abstract: Zusammenfassung Mit dem Umbau des Mischkonzerns Linde zum weltweit führenden Hersteller von Industriegasen hat sich Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Reitzle einen Platz in den Geschichtsbüchern gesichert. Ursprünglich in der Automobilbranche tätig, führte der Diplom-Ingenieur und Honorarprofessor das Unternehmen zwischen 2003 und 2014 operativ. In einer eklatanten Führungskrise kehrte er 2016 als Aufsichtsratsvorsitzender zurück und zog sich erst 2022 73-jährig endgültig zurück. Im Interview erinnert sich die Managementlegende an Erfolge, Intrigen und ein Komplott der Presse. Das Interview führte Dr. Jörg K. Ritter.
