Wagner sprach mit uns im Dezember 2022, kurz bevor er in den Beirat wechselte, dem er bis Juni 2023 angehörte – über die Ablösung vom Unternehmensverbund des Gründers und über die Herausforderung, als Mittelständler in Politik und Öffentlichkeit Gehör zu finden.
