Abstract: Zusammenfassung Gründer, Sohn und Enkel: Erst drei Dürr-Generationen haben dem gleichnamigen Unternehmen in mehr als 125 Jahren ihren Stempel aufgedrückt. Vor allem für die Unternehmenskultur, wie sie der gegenwärtige Großaktionär Heinz Dürr geprägt hat, ist CEO Dr. Jochen Weyrauch voll des Lobes. In ihr sieht er eine wesentliche Grundlage dafür, erfolgreich zu bleiben. Ein Glücksfall sei es zudem, einen langfristig orientierten Familieninvestor an Bord zu haben. Das Interview führte Thorsten Gerhard.
