Abstract: Zusammenfassung Welche Rolle spielen Emotionen im Zeitalter von rasantem technologischem Fortschritt und sich wandelnden Arbeitsfeldern für die tägliche Führungsarbeit in Unternehmen? Das folgende Kapitel widmet sich der Bedeutung von emotionaler Kompetenz für Führungskräfte in der neuen Arbeitswelt. Neben einer kompakten Darstellung von Emotionen und emotionaler Kompetenz werden Gedankenexperimente zu Emotionen und KI in der Führungsarbeit angestrebt. Reflexionsfragen und praktische Impulse für die Führungskraft von morgen ermöglichen den Transfer in die Praxis.
