Abstract:
Abstract The final chapter provides a conclusive summary of this research. Important implications for both research and practice are deduced from the focal results. In addition, crucial limitations of the research on hand are outlined. Based on the discussion of possible shortcomings potential directions of future research efforts are proposed. Finally, a conclusion of the whole work is given.
