Abstract: Zusammenfassung Im folgenden Beitrag wird eine Lösung zur operativen Steuerung eines Projektportfolios anhand eines Phasenmodells vorgestellt. In diesem Zusammenhang wird als Instrumentarium eine Zielkorridor-Steuerungsmethode eingesetzt, die bei der operativen Steuerung eines Projektportfolios unterstützend eingesetzt werden kann.
