Critical Success Factors of International Project Portfolio Management

Bob Dignen and Peter Wollmann

A chapter in Projektportfolio-Management, 2011, pp 51-62 from Springer

Abstract: Zusammenfassung When discussing the success factors of international project portfolio management, a number of quite different views have to be taken into account. Perspectives differ according to management level/function, cultural background and business relationship (purchaser-supplier dynamic). This is the challenge the authors decided to face up to themselves: drawing benefit from managing diversity.
