Abstract: Zusammenfassung Innovationsmanagement bedeutet die Sicherung der Zukunftsfähigkeit des Unternehmens und ist damit eine Kernaufgabe des Managements. Es messen zwar fast alle Unternehmen dem Innovationsmanagement eine herausragende Bedeutung bei, die Ergebnisse sind jedoch häufig ernüchternd. Daher wird in den letzten Jahren die Professionalisierung des Innovationsmanagements vorangetrieben.
