Abstract:
Abstract This chapter examines the relationship between occupational embeddedness and the innovational performance of knowledge employees in China. According to an old Chinese proverb, “A person who moves keeps living.” That is to say, people in China can find better opportunities for development by moving along with their social capital or competitive advantage. The reasons for this are associated with China’s rate of development and increased inequities in the Chinese Economic Reform era, which are now similar to those in Western countries.
