Abstract: Abstract This chapter studies the impact of the COVID19 within the aviation industry. The chapter brings up the result and the decision making of crisis management of some major airlines within the industry. This chapter will outline some of the government support to the aviation industry and also new government restriction on the prevention of COVID19 spreading. Crisis management and financial management policy are crucially necessary for every company within the industry in order to survive the downtime outbreak. The chapter will also discuss briefly the COVID19, the pre-pandemic nature of the aviation industry, the outcome of COVID19 in the first half of the year 2020, and the prediction till the end of 2020. There will be examples of the outcome and the decision making of major airlines within the industry included in this chapter. Finally, the chapter would finish with a discussion on the possible situation of the aviation industry after the cease of COVID19 outbreak.
