Abstract:
Abstract To conclude this Part 4 on remuneration, Chap. 21 examines the APRA revised draft Prudential Standard CPS 511 Remuneration of November 2020. The examination begins with the APRA remuneration framework including the role of the Board in the oversight of the remuneration framework and review of the same. We then examine variable remuneration design, variable remuneration outcomes, variable remuneration of specified roles, deferral and clawback. The chapter concludes with APRA remuneration policy and other requirements of CPS 511.
