Chapter Chapter 32 in The Key Code and Advanced Handbook for the Governance and Supervision of Banks in Australia, 2022, pp 927-930 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In Chapter 32 of the Stage 2 Key Code and Advanced Handbook for the governance of Australian major banks, we examine the APRA Information Paper 2019 on risk culture. The APRA commentary is that: risk culture is not always well understood and that significant scope for improvement and investment remains; measurement and analysis of culture is still developing; behaviours are overlooked in favour of formal mechanisms; and a lack of a clear view of risk culture.
