Chapter Chapter 1 in The Efficiency and Creativity of Product Development, 2022, pp 1-22 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract For modern companies, both efficiency and creativity are essential. When employees perform without wastage, they deliver products and services at lower costs and shorter times, providing a competitive advantage in cost and time to market. In contrast, if employees exercise creativity, they can offer products and services that differ from other companies. As a result, companies can differentiate products and attract more customers.
