Chapter Chapter 6 in Effective Implementation of Transformation Strategies, 2022, pp 131-137 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Consistent with the notion that strategies are made up of an amalgam of strategies and, as a result, must be implemented with this in mind, the two chapters in this section explain the role of a financial strategyFinancial strategy in markedly different ways. The first chapter in this section emphasises the importance of managing and transforming capital effectively while the second chapter defines how organisations operationalise their strategic priorities using strategic management accounting principles and analysis techniques. Both chapters clarify how the contemporary organisation can achieve high levels of strategic alignment by implementing an effective financial strategy.
