A chapter in Modern Corporations and Strategies at Work, 2022, pp 9-34 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Organisational culture has long been discussed in the literature, with several different models being proposed to explain and identify it within companies. Many of these models look at various aspects of the culture using fixed or given dimensions, such as (Schein, Organizational culture and leadership, Jossey-Bass, 1985) iceberg model and ( Handy, C. (1993a) “Understanding Organizations” London-UK, Penguin Books Ltd, 4 Edt.;Handy, Understanding organizations, Oxford University Press, 1993b;)) model of culture. The model selected for this research is the cultural web as it provides the flexibility to use findings from within the culture of an organisation.
