Chapter Chapter 4 in Managing Multiple Organizational Goals in Turbulent Environments, 2022, pp 85-93 from Springer
Abstract:

The next logical question of interest concerns the performance impact of goal polychronicity and boundary conditions that may shape this relationship. Therefore, in this chapter, we investigate the performance impact of goal polychronicity and two potential moderators.
