Abstract: Abstract In this chapter, we present background to the large-scale survey data collected in Phase 2. We collected the survey data in two waves. In 2015, we gained completed surveys from top executives (e.g. CEOs, Managing Directors, and Strategy Directors) of 555 large and medium-sized firms in the U.S., Australia, China, and Israel. A follow-up survey was conducted in 2016, 12 months after the initial survey.
